MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee men's basketball program will open the 2025-26 conference season the first week of December, welcoming Horizon League regular-season and tournament champion Robert Morris to UWM Panther Arena Dec. 6.

The team enjoys a three-game homestand in mid-January and wraps up the regular season with three of four contests at home to open February, according to the Horizon League schedule released today by the league office.
 
Following the league opener against the NCAA Tournament participant Colonials (26-9, 15-5 HL), the team then heads to battle Cleveland State (23-13, 14-6 HL) Dec. 21 before returning home to host Purdue Fort Wayne (19-13, 12-8 HL) Dec. 29 to close out the 2025 portion of the schedule.
 
Milwaukee opens 2026 on New Year's Day, traveling to Wright State (15-18, 8-12 HL) before staying on the road to take on Green Bay (4-28, 2-18 HL) Jan. 5.
 
Up next is three games in Milwaukee, hosting Northern Kentucky (17-16, 11-9 HL) Jan. 9, IU Indianapolis (10-22, 6-14 HL) Jan. 11, and then Oakland (16-18, 11-9 HL) Jan. 15.
 
The Panthers will take to the road after that, concluding the home-and-home series at Purdue Fort Wayne Jan. 18 and Robert Morris Jan. 22 before battling Youngstown State for the first time. The game against the Penguins (21-13, 13-7 HL) is set for January 24.
 
Back home to close the month, the team hosts Wright State Jan. 30 before opening February with Cleveland State Feb. 1. The homestand then concludes with the first meeting of the season with Detroit Mercy (8-24, 4-16 HL) Feb. 4.
 
A one-game road trip for the road game at Northern Kentucky is set for February 7, before hosting Green Bay downtown Feb. 15.
 
The season concludes with three road games over the final four of the campaign, with a final home date of Feb. 25 against Youngstown State the final contest before making trips to Detroit Mercy Feb. 20, Oakland Feb. 22, and the regular-season finale at IU Indianapolis Feb. 28.
 
The Horizon League Tournament is then scheduled to begin the first week of March.
