Finished with all-league honors for the third-straight year and the second-straight as a member of the All-Horizon League Second Team after placing ninth at the Horizon League Championships ... led Milwaukee in ever meet he raced on the year ... started the season with a silver medal at the Midwest Open in 25:44.1 Sept. 10 ... turned in a career-best time against some of the best in the sport at the Louisville Classic Oct. 1, clocking in at 24:53.35 for 44th place ... two weeks later, finished 21st at the Bradley Classic in 24:59.9 ... closed out his cross country career by again leading the Panthers at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, taking 68th in 32:05.1.
2015 (Redshirt Junior)
Again earned Horizon League honors at the league championships, finishing second-team all-league with a 14th-place finish ... led the team at the league meet ... made season debut at the Friendship Invite Sept. 19, taking third overall as part of a big team win ... two weeks later, was the top Panther and 23rd overall at the Notre Dame Invite ... posted a PR 8k time of 24:59.6 for 52nd overall at Pre-Nationals Oct. 17 ... capped his season at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, taking 108th.
2014 (Redshirt Sophomore)
Had a breakout redshirt sophomore season, earning First-Team All-Horizon League honors by taking sixth overall at the Horizon League Championships ... came in third overall in season opener at the UIC Opener Aug. 30 ... two weeks later, helped Milwaukee to a second-place finish at the Parkside Invite Sept. 13 by taking 11th ... posted a career-best time of 25:00.63 for 51st place at the national Louisville Classic Oct. 4 ... placed 36th at Pre-Nationals in Terre Haute, Ind. Oct. 18 ... was the second Panther and 64th overall at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Nov. 14.
2013 (Sophomore)
Received a medical hardship waiver after competing in just one meet and having season cut short due to injury ... took eighth overall in Panther debut with a time of 26:22.6 at the Falcon Invitational.

Ran in one meet for Iowa State, maintaining freshman eligibility.
