Mark Litton will be entering his seventh season in 2016 as the assistant coach/goalkeeper coach for the Milwaukee men's soccer team.

A Wisconsin Soccer Association Hall of Fame inductee in the spring of 2015, Litton had served as the volunteer goalkeeper coach for the Panthers for two seasons prior to moving into a more permanent role on the coaching staff the fall of 2013.

Litton is the current goalkeeper coach for the U.S. Futsal National team and has taken part in the 2008 and 2012 CONCACAF tournaments in Guatemala and the 2008 FIFA Futsal World Cup in Brazil. In early 2016, he will help the team prepare for the 2016 CONCACAF tournament, as they look to qualify for the 2016 FIFA Futsal World Cup being held in Bogata, Columbia. Additionally, he is also the National Technical Director of Goalkeeping for the U.S. Youth Futsal program.

Most recently, he was the goalkeeper coach with the Milwaukee Wave, having helped the team win MISL Championships in 2005, 2011 and 2012.

Prior to his coaching position at Milwaukee, Litton spent eight combined seasons as the goalkeeper coach for the University of Wisconsin-Parkside men's soccer team.

He is a former goalkeeper with the Milwaukee Wave, having played for the team from 1989 through 1994. He was the starting goalkeeper at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside from 1986-88. Named NAIA All-American as a goalkeeper in 1988, he was inducted into the Parkside Athletic Hall of Fame in October of 2010, and the St. Catherine's High School Alumni Hall of Fame in September of 2014.

He holds a USSF national "B" coaching license, a USSF national goalkeeping coaching license, an NSCAA National Goalkeeping Level III coaching diploma and has previously been certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Sports Nutritionist.

Litton has an undergraduate degree in communications from Parkside. Mark, his wife Catherine, and their son Nico, live in Milwaukee.
